Eric Trump says he will sue MSNBC for slandering him and the Trump family. Eric says an apology is not enough. Donald Trump Jr. slandered me with the clear purpose of altering the outcome of a US Senate election and refused to apologize or to meet and discuss it. Instead he responded like a spoiled child when I pointed out to him that I am not a felon. The Trump’s need to understand that even they cannot have it both ways. https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2019/aug/28/eric-trump-vows-lawrence-odonnell-lawsuit-over-ret/?fbclid=IwAR2_OW5TX06K_qYgUL9rP3sHQA6tr2eLd3pOUUgioJZmjyc7NBShGd278IU

Dear President Trump:   I wrote Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell the following message;   I have information that MSHA caused the UBB mine explosion by denying the mine a ventilation plan which would have prevented any loss of life at UBB. Would you be willing to ask MSHA to revisit their investigation of the UBB tragedy particularly given that we now know from MSHA’s own records that the MSHA Internal Review Technical Leader shredded documents during the MSHA UBB Investigation after the Lead MSHA Internal Review Investigator quit?  BTW after quitting, the Lead Investigator told the media “they (MSHA)…

Magistrate Judge Aboulhosn ruled Monday August 26 that I did not receive a fair trial and he recommended that my misdemeanor conviction be invalidated. The Judge also ruled that the US Attorneys did not act with “malice” but rather made errors which violated my Constitutional rights. Judge Aboulhosn also ruled today that my public rhetoric has been “vitriolic”, meaning my exercise of my free speech rights has been full of “criticism with malice”. Essentially the Judge ruled that my fighting for and using my Constitutional Rights is “vitriolic” but trying to put me in prison for life by violating my…

In the below article the reporter has confused China person with Chinese or Asian Person. The activities of Elaine Chao’s family do not concern me because she is Asian or Chinese. They concern me because her husband Mitch McConnell, the United States Senate Majority Leader, would perhaps benefit personally if “China” wins the trade and/or currency war with the United States. Americans do not share that conflict of interest with Mitch. Americans want America to benefit from the ultimate outcome of both the currency and the trade war. If America wins they win. They do not want Communist China, nor…

1.) It appears that Mitch McConnell may spend more Republican donor money choosing his own Republican Senate colleagues. 2.) The Republican Candidates McConnell disfavors need to drop out or else Mitch will have the Republican establishment call them imbeciles, morons, racists, idiots, felons, and whatever else is needed to beat them. 3.) Republicans should just let Mitch and President Trump choose Senators like they choose Supreme Court Justice’s. 4.) No need to have Republican US Primary elections. No Republican candidate can beat McConnell controlled $millions and his media. 5.) If federal election laws are not changed, Republicans need to do…

By Kevin Landrigan New Hampshire Union Leader | Jul 24, 2019 There’s no signed, sealed, delivered “I’m yours” deal just yet, but there are plenty of signs that U.S Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s financial powerhouse may get behind the 2020 Senate GOP primary candidacy of Donald Bolduc in New Hampshire. Trust me, the last folks who want this story out right now are those backing Bolduc. There’s a time and a place for everything and when McConnell wants the world to know he’s with you, he’ll let you know and he hasn’t definitively done that yet. But there are…

Tomorrow is Independence Day. A Day of Celebration. And a Day on which we should also remember those who died in the Revolutionary War. We need to spend some time on July 4th celebrating but we also need to spend some time teaching our kids some American history. Many Americans, more than one and a quarter million, have fought and died for this country, and because of them we can still celebrate our “Independence” and our freedom on “Independence Day”. One thing we need to teach our kids is that more than twenty-five percent of all Americans ever killed in American…

This is a brief update on the civil lawsuit I have filed against dozens of media outlets. We are still awaiting a decision as to whether the case will be held in Federal or West Virginia Court. It’s important that the lawsuit be seen through to the end. What the lawsuit will help decide is whether the “freedom of the press” entitles huge corporations and their television celebrities to slander a candidate running for a Federal office, such as the US Senate, in order to defeat that candidate. Does “freedom of the press” mean “freedom to defame” Senate candidates? We…
