The world we live in moves fast and it seems the years go by before we know it. But one thing that moves at a snail’ s pace is the American court system. We are now approaching seven months since Judge Omar Aboulhosn received the final motions from my attorneys requesting that my “misdemeanor” conviction be invalidated. We have not heard anything. Invalidating jury convictions is rare in America. More rare than it should be given how corrupt the trial and prosecution processes are. However, it is obvious to any fair person that my misdemeanor conviction must be invalidated. Judge…

My reference to McConnell’s In Laws as China People resulted in my being called a racist. But those who know me know I am not racist. But they know that I am a concerned American. As a “business person” I know a conflict of interest when I see one. McConnell and his wife have a major conflict of interest. It is encouraging to see that the NY Times now sees that conflict as well. Those “big city people” may be slow but they are catching on. Long read so get yourself a cup of coffee. A ‘Bridge’ to China, and…

BLANKENSHIP RELEASES TWEETS SAYING CONGRESS AND MEDIA PUTTING POLITICAL PARTIES ABOVE AMERICA 1. You can tell that politicians are putting their Political Party above our country when all Dems say X and all Reps say Y. 2. America is going broke while Political Party fundraising skyrockets. Lies, waste, and corruption are the major growth industries in Washington DC. 3. Our Media which is suppose to defend Americans from the government is instead no better than a communist state owned media. It supports and defends government lies from American truths. 4. Only the mainstream media personalities, career politicians, and Americans whose…

My apologies up front for the length and complexity of this post and release. But we hope it will be of interest and concern to you. It will require that you read it carefully. Last Thursday my attorneys filed a lawsuit against Donald Trump, Jr. The lawsuit has to do with slanderous defaming tweets Trump Jr sent out around May 3rd last year, ie a few days before the West Virginia Primary election. Essentially, Junior’s tweets said, “that I went to prison for actions that led to the deaths of twenty-nine coal miners”. This statement is totally false. We drafted…

Today my attorneys filed a defamation lawsuit against Donald Trump Jr. for his role in spreading what President Trump calls “fake news”. Trump Jr’s actions to defame me were likely part of a Republican Party Leader conspiracy to sabotage a federal election for a seat in the United States Senate. Specifically, the campaign to defame me took place around the nationally televised Fox News debate when it became apparent that I was on the verge of winning the 2018 West Virginia Republican Primary election. The conspiracy was likely outlined in a “Republican Committee” to-do list which one Republican official called…

By Bruce Thompson | AmericanThinker.com As noted earlier, former Massey Energy CEO Don Blankenship filed a $12-billion defamation suit against multiple media companies and individuals. He based much of his suit on his claim that the federal government, specifically the Obama-era Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), forced his company to use inadequate ventilation of the Upper Big Branch coal mine. Within hours of implementing the MSHA-mandated ventilation plan, there was a natural gas (as distinct from coal bed methane) explosion that killed twenty-nine miners. While his case moves forward, it is interesting to note that a suit filed by…

Tomorrow will mark the ninth anniversary of the Upper Big Branch Mine tragedy. The miners who perished in the explosion were experienced, dedicated, hardworking proud men devoted to their families and our community. The perished miners deserve our gratitude and our fondest remembrances. They also deserve that history truthfully record the true cause of the incident. The false accusation that the government continues to assert that the miners’ failure to properly maintain the mine caused the explosion must never be accepted as fact, because it is false. These were good men. They were the best of the best miners. Our…

By Bruce Thompson | AmericanThinker.com It may be Spring according to the calendar, but America’s dominant media outlets are heading toward a brutal winter season when it comes to accountability for the actions. Not just a reckoning for pushing a hoax about Russian collusion with a presumed treasonous Donald, but potentially gigantic judgments in courtrooms. Recently, two parties have filed notable defamation lawsuits against powerful press outlets. The most talked about has been the 2 (so far) filed on the behalf of Nicholas Sandmann, the young student from Covington Catholic High School. His attorney has filed in Kentucky. Given that…
