McConnell policies have already imported a China virus. Now he seeks to import China spying practices into America. He and his Senate colleagues are doing so in obvious violation of our Constitution. Our Constitution, Amendment IV says: “The right of the people …against unreasonable searches … shall not be violated”. Accessing American’s browsers without a warrant, as is also done in China, is an “unreasonable search”. Here is what McConnell has done. Vice Article: By Janus Rose May 13 2020, 3:32pm Senate Votes to Allow FBI to Look at Your Web Browsing History Without a Warrant The government just got…

Interesting news this PM. Lying US Government and lying US media expressing surprise that China lied about virus. Yet there is no news that Govt and media obviously lied about UBB. Not a word from govt or media even though their lies have been fully exposed in book Obama’s Deadliest Coverup. Also in news DOJ Flynn prosecution under investigation. But corruption there is nothing compared to corruption in prosecution of me in 2016. Most Americans can be defamed and falsely prosecuted but nothing is said about it because they cannot fight back. I can. Hopefully my lawsuit will slow govt…

Don Blankenship released the following statement today regarding extreme free trade. Our government and “extreme free trader” TV economists have told us for 5 decades that free trade with China would provide Americans prosperity, and so we gave China our jobs and our way of life.  Now as we are at war with a China virus, well known  “only free traders“ like  Steve Moore, Larry Kudlow, Jim Kramer, etc., are surprised that America does not make its own medicines, masks, and gloves.  Free trader extremists are now learning that they have been wrong and that George Washington had it right 240…

“This week, President Trump announced that his campaign committee had sued the New York Times. The suit alleges that the Times defamed the President in a March 2019 article and thereby interfered in his upcoming re-election campaign.”  The lawsuit, according to Blankenship, “claims that the Times sought to damage the President’s campaign when it published an article in March of last year. The lawsuit claims that the Times article insinuated that the Trump campaign had cut a deal with the Russians. Specifically, the Trump campaign lawsuit says that the Times article is false when it says a deal was cut wherein the Russians…

Our government loves to create crises and then claim they will save us from those crises. They currently want us to see them as “our compassionate saviors” as they rush to return a small portion of our taxes to us as we suffer from a deadly pandemic caused by the “China Virus”. Our government is unable to give Americans the medicines they need and instead they are attempting to placate us with a little money. The virus has caused politicians to suddenly realize that our drugs, ie our medicines, come from China. Our Senators are now telling us they are…

Once again, Joe Manchin proves that he is more of a Democrat than a West Virginian. No state supports President Donald Trump more than Manchin’s home state of West Virginia, but the power of partisanship is just too strong for a weak Senator like Joe Manchin. The entire impeachment process has showed that the truth doesn’t matter to Congress—the only thing that matters is the power of the party leaders who control huge amounts of Hill Committee campaign funds.  Instead of focusing on growing the economy, fighting the drug crisis, or rebuilding our nation’s infrastructure, the liberal Democratic leaders persist…

To whom it may concern: Well, I need to thank Judge Irene Berger. She finally rejected Federal Judge Aboulhosn’s recommendation to void my misdemeanor conviction, as I publicly requested she do. My request not to void the misdemeanor conviction was based on Judge Aboulhosn’s comment that there was not a “scintilla” of evidence that the prosecutors intentionally did anything wrong. Even Berger did not agree that there was no evidence that Goodwin and Ruby intentionally did anything wrong. She instead said that what they did was “troubling.” Judge Berger essentially ruled that in order to get a fair trial in…

WILLIAMSON, W. Va. — Don Blankenship, Constitution Party candidate for President of the United States, released the following policy position today. Constitution Party Presidential candidate Don Blankenship announced today that as President of the United States he will declare a “war on government corruption”—corruption, which often comes from excessive control by a single or a few government officials. Corruption which is more common in a dictatorship form of government versus in a government controlled by the people, such as was envisioned by America’s founders. Blankenship said, “We Americans will not be able to end or even to reduce the massive government corruption…

Since 1950, politicians have caused 700,000 West Virginians to seek refuge from the state in order to find a job. Are the politicians now converting Charleston into a sanctuary city for illegals and the state into a refugee camp? Is the objective of West Virginia politicians to export even more of our families to work elsewhere and to import cheap foreign labor for the few jobs that remain? See article: Gov. Justice: West Virginia Will Keep Accepting Refugees
