My attorneys filed the attached motion in federal court on June 21. The motion asks that the court require the Department of Justice to make available the Office of Professional Responsibility investigation report into my prosecution. The filing is simply another effort to expose the truth.
The hope is that eventually this effort will also lead to full exposure of the truth about the Upper Big Branch (UBB) mine explosion. If and when the explosion truth is made public, there is no doubt that mines will be made safer.
The truth about what happened at both UBB and DOJ corruption in handling the case against me can also be of major importance in discouraging and reducing our government’s corrupt practices.
