We appreciate Gwen Thomas’ kind words at our town hall meeting in Logan, West Virginia. Her brother, Grover, was one of the 29 Mine Safety and Health Administration’s (MSHA) victims when he was killed in the Upper Big Branch (UBB) mine explosion on April 5, 2010.
