At his town hall meeting in Beckley, West Virginia, Don Blankenship revealed some previously undisclosed Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) emails. These emails are among those that the federal prosecutors withheld from his defense attorneys in violation of what is known as Brady material disclosure rules. The emails were improperly withheld for more than two years, and support several important matters.
